Whoops - Downloads fixed

Whoops. As nice as the new site design is - it’s not so nice when the download links to the video files are all broken. Suffice it to say, the download manager is now all cleaned up (if by “cleaned up” you mean “re-written from scratch”) and seems much more stable than it’s predecessor. Let’s hope so.
